At Forged in Grace, each item is made to order with care and purpose. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the issue

    •    A clear photo of the item

We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
